Welcome to our paradise. This was also the home of Colonel, the rooster who lived a happy, long life on the finca and stole our hearts. The finca was named after him.
Our paradise is the ideal place for a quiet, diverse, and equally relaxing holiday in Mallorca, where you won't have to miss out on anything. The location is ideal; despite absolute privacy, you can easily reach everything, including every hot spot.

30 min to the airport
Either by taxi or rental car. A vehicle is recommended. The drive to the finca, with its breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and the village of Selva, is breathtaking.

25 min to the beach
Playa de Muro – one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Europe – is just 25 minutes away, right near Alcúdia. The island's most beautiful bays are also within easy reach. Beach equipment such as parasols, beach towels, beach tennis, and even a SUP are available for use.

20-meter pool
Swim laps whenever you want in the 20x5 meter natural pool. Our pool also features an outdoor pool, decorated with water lilies for additional natural cleansing. Our eco-pool is sustainable, animal- and environmentally friendly, and especially gentle on the skin.
Tramuntana hiking area
The hiking route GR222, for example, starts directly from the finca. It's at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mountaineers will also find this spot perfect.

Wine tour & olive tour
The most popular wine tours are in the surrounding area, for example in Binissalem or the family-owned olive mill “Son Catiu”, with a restaurant and a gourmet shop.

Selva is a mecca for gourmets: authentic restaurants like Miceli by Marga Coll, currently Spain's best chef. It's best to book a few months in advance. Otherwise, for a bistro-style version of Miceli, visit the tapas bar "La Barra de Miceli" in Inca's market hall.
Markets & Village Festival
Visit the island's most popular weekly street markets, or the famous olive festival in Caimari and the mushroom festival in Mancor de la Vall, both in mid-November.
Leisure activities
How about a 5-minute bike ride to "Yoga with Breakfast" at the neighboring Villa Vegana?
Or use our golf equipment for fun rounds of golf on the island's most beautiful courses.
Wildlife
Enjoy the morning greeting of the rooster (from the neighborhood). You'll also hear donkeys, sheep, and peacocks nearby. And in spring, the frogs make a splash and create noisy attention.
Hiking & Mountaineering
The GR222 hiking trail runs right past our property. From here, you can head to the Santuari de Lluc monastery in the Tramuntana mountains—a popular excursion destination on the island. Mountaineers will also find their money's worth here, a true climbing paradise.
