The one-time laundry* and final cleaning fee is €200 per stay. *Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels are provided for your stay. Dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) are available in the bathroom.

Our quad can be provided for a fee upon separate agreement.

Guests agree to abide by the house rules. Acceptance of this offer constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions .

• Respect nature. And only animal lovers are welcome.

• The best waste is the one we do not generate, otherwise please dispose of the garbage daily in the collection points in the village

• Smoking is not permitted in the house

• Rest periods from 0:00 to 06:00

• Dogs only after consultation

• Guests are personally liable for any damage caused (including fellow travelers and pets). Ideally, guests have liability insurance that covers damage to the holiday property.

• Sustainable water consumption

• Guests undertake to treat the holiday property (indoors and outdoors) and its inventory carefully and with care at all times

• Special features when using the toilet (only 2-ply toilet paper, flushing, etc.)

• Special features when using the pool, fire & barbecue, use of power sources, see detailed explanations in the terms and conditions
